Ocean Medical Center

This state-of-the-art expansion includes an 80,000 square foot, four-story addition and a three-story parking garage with 350 parking spaces. The addition will primarily be home to the Shore Rehabilitation Institute, which will occupy the first two floors. The third floor will be dedicated to an Intensive Care Unit for acute medical, surgical, and cardiac patients. The fourth floor will contain a medical/surgical unit for 40 patient beds, and the basement is slated for a new conference area and support services.
