This 33,000 SF office building is located just one block off the Morristown Green on Maple Avenue. 

It is a unique project which will qualify for a Gold Leed Certification.  Some of the features contributing to this rating are a ground source well field to supplement heating and cooling (geothermal well system), a landscape roof garden, high performance energy saving building envelope, photovoltaic electrical system and an underfloor air distribution system
